Please note:

• SCHENKER VISION 14 is available in 2 variations: with and without RTX graphics.
  • These 2 variations use the same drivers (except NVIDIA Graphics driver) and the same and Control Center.
  • But they use different EC/BIOS firmware - these packages are not compatible with each other.
  • Both firmware versions are up-to-date, despite different version numbers.
  • The RTX version will always have a lower version number because the developement started much later in time.
    • In other words: when RTX started with v1.0, it already included all the improvements from the non-RTX version.
• Please make sure to download the correct firmware update for your system.
  • Please identify the correct package by its file name:
    • Bios-SCHENKER-VISION-14_M21_without-RTX-graphics
    • Bios-SCHENKER-VISION-14_M21_with-RTX-3050-Ti
• If you attempt to flash an incorrect BIOS version, the update tool will abort safely and give you this error message:
  • "Error: Cannot update BIOS with different platform name."
  • If this happens, simply remove the USB thumb drive and press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to reboot your system.
• If you are not sure if your VISION 14 is with or without RTX graphics, please check the category 'Display adapters' in Windows Device Manager.
