Compatibility notice

There was a hardware revision for the SCHENKER WORK 15 Base (M23) in May 2024.
Another hardware revision for the SCHENKER WORK 14 Base (M23) was released in September 2024.
The new hardware revision of SCHENKER WORK 15 Base (M23) is based on NL57AU and has different BIOS and EC firmware.
This also applies to the new hardware revision of the SCHENKER WORK 14 Base based on the model NL45AU.

• How to identify the new Revision:
  • Check the model label under the laptop(D-Cover):
    • The serial number of the new revision of the SCHENKER WORK 15 Base (M23) begins with NKNL57AU
    • The serial number of the new revision of the SCHENKER WORK 14 Base (M23) begins with NKNL45AU
    • The serial number of the old revision of the SCHENKER WORK 14 Base (M23) begins with NKNL45PU
    • The serial number of the old revision of the SCHENKER WORK 15 Base (M23) begins with NKNL57PU
  • Run the check_the_revision.bat in the firmware folder
  • Open the Terminal(Powershell) -> write the command: Get-WmiObject Win32_BaseBoard | Select Product -> Press Enter
  • Open the "Command Prompt"(cmd.exe) -> write the command: powershell.exe -command "Get-WmiObject Win32_BaseBoard | Select Product" -> Press Enter
