  • Please note:
    • Don't remove the flash drive during the flash process until the laptop shuts down completely.
    • The flashing process will take some time. During this process the display will stay off for some time, while the keyboard backlight won't.
    • The device can restart several times during the flashing process and when turning on the device the first time after flashing.

Notice:

• If you have technical issues with the latest WQHL driver from Intel website, please consider to use the driver "OEM Original".
• A fingerprint reader was only included in the most early batches of this model series. It was a square-shaped reader, clearly visible in the top-left corner of the touchpad (see picture). If your device does not have this fingerprint reader, there is no need to install the corresponding driver.
