Compatibility Notice

• The 2024 version of Control Center 5.9  doesn't currently support notebooks from 2023 or older.
  As soon as the 2024 version of Control Center 5.9 supports older models, we will communicate this.
• XMG NEO (E24) require different firmware (EC/BIOS) files depending on the GPU configuration, because of the different mainboard layout.
  • RTX 4060 and 4070 use one mainboard layout and set of firmware files.
  • RTX 4080 and 4090 use another layout and set of firmware files.
• When attempting to update your EC/BIOS with the file from the wrong model, you will get an error message and the update will not proceed.
• If you have technical issues with the latest WQHL driver from Intel website, please consider to use the driver "OEM Original".
